awe was thinking of anyone would even remember me haha it's been soo long since i've been on and i'm just gonna guess the vid is real but its some effect they used on it ....but maybe not i can't tell hehe
thats brilliant. they all look like little ants. and the music sometimes sounds like The Sims. makes me feel in control
It's called Tilt Shift Photography- ""Tilt-shift" actually encompasses two different types of movements: rotation of the lens plane relative to the image plane, called tilt, and movement of the lens parallel to the image plane, called shift. Tilt is used to control the orientation of the plane of focus (PoF), and hence the part of an image that appears sharp; it makes use of the Scheimpflug principle. Shift is used to adjust the position of the subject in the image area without moving the camera back; this is often helpful in avoiding the convergence of parallel lines, as when photographing tall buildings." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilt-shift_photography
tilt shift stills are awesome makes things look like models of the real deal. also whats the type of photog that uses multiple exposure/light levels into one that makes it crazy dynamic?
Isn't that effect just one of running the film real slow when shooting and then just running it at normal speed to make it look like people are moving so fast?
It's called HDR Photography-High Dynamic Range Imaging- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dynamic_range_imaging Sorry about the big picture above. But I didn't want to re-size it.
If its real. the people look so fake.. like train model people.. Some places I stopped it and the clothing people are wearing just seems unusual for a concert.. I guess I expected to see drunks stumbling people .. probable some editing done to prevent that..
its tripping me out.. really .. im a bit fascinated by it, ive watched it on 37'' Hd screen .. wickedly awesome effect, id love to see some other concerts done with it , or the option with DVD specials add on' it would sell..
Yeah, tilt shift photography is cool. It makes life size things look like tiny stop-motion animation in fast forward. I've loved stop-motion since I was a kid, though I think they called it "claymation" back then There was a thread about it here a little while back and how to modify a camera to shoot it, but I'm too lazy to look for it now.
