ok sounds good to me... the only reason i ask is cause i washed em 2 days ago n dont want to again cause its so soon... u think it would make em frizzier??
For sure keep that shit off your scalp. Yeah it will make em frizzier, but if you palm roll after it can help form some new knots and gets rid of frizz.
As long as you don't overdoo it in terms of frequency and how concentrated you make the solution you won't have any problems leaving it in. I have done this all the time since I knew about using salt spray solutions (years) and never noticed any problems. Sure if you get it on your scalp it's going to itch, but if you keep it off your scalp and just on the dreads you won't get any problems. The only time I rinse sea salt right out is when I add some to baking soda + tea tree oil to wash my hair. If you notice your hair is getting too dry then just give it a rest for a while.
yea for sure i spray my hair all the time and i dont rince it out,,, i just spray and shake my head upside down and let it dry no itchies no irritation but i suppose some peoples heads could be different... just try not to let the water build up and dry on your scalp and make sure you dilute it enough and you will be money
Now that we're on the topic, How often should i be doing it, every week? every couple of days? How should it be used in conjunction with Washing with residue free soap?
heres a story for you. I am a surfer and surf anywhere between 3 - 5 times a week. After the majority of these surfs I let my hair just dry. The results of this is very coarse/dry/stubborn hair. However during winter I only surf about twice a week and have a warm shower when I get home, my hair always seems to be rather nice after aswell. So I would say salt wash aboout 2 - 3 times a week and wash out about 40 mins after spraying it on. (personel experience though) Hope it helped in 1 form or another
