Erowid says it's widely believed to be legal and makes no mention of it being an analog, but could it be a DMT analog?
Its an analog, but the church of true inner light uses it as a sacrament, the DEA dont wanna fuck around with that whole religious thing, too much of a hassle and what with our religious rights and all...
Yes, it could be considered an analog of DMT. However, people just need to not be dumbasses with their chemicals and it doesn't matter if it's legal, an analog or illegal. If you're going to sell it for human consumption, then you should know it's legality.
Not selling it, no worries there, just like to know what I'm getting into if I decide to buy something
I think it's a lot less likely to be considered an analog than other chemicals, and that's why Erowid lists it as non-scheduled instead of likely analog. (I don't think that's an accident.) Like 1337carlos implied, you are safe if you are a user and not buying a lot either way (unless it's specifically scheduled). I don't think anyone has ever been prosecuted for buying DPT in the US ever. I don't think any users have been prosecuted for buying any psychedelic analogs on the web in the US. That doesn't mean it couldn't happen, but your odds are very good.
