With the paradigm apparently changing (with Obama close to taking office) - is this forum now going to have to alter it's name or be removed?
Personally he is the same as Bush, people just choose to interprete his words in a less warmonger way.
Even though Bush proposed many of the things Obama is going to now attempt to do, Obama is a saviour and a humaniterian - Bush is an ass.

Is America done attacking things? I wouldn't hold my breath no matter who is in office.

All the federal income tax booklets are currently being mailed out in the U.S. for the current tax year. So might as well call it 'America, A Tax'.

Please take note of the standard threads placed here.
They, I think, will alter and will no longer fit here.
Perhaps with Higherthanhell removed, others will get the chance to talk about other "American Attacks".
It to me just seemed highly biased against Bush.
    We shall see.

I don't expect Obama to have enough public support to actually turn this back into a free country. The Republican Party in this country is a true fascist movement, and such movements always result in wholesale slaughter of minorities. If we can even simply stop that, we've done something almost never before accomplished in human history.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying thta all Republicans are bad. As Bob Dylan once noted, dead ones are pretty harmless once buried or cremated :)

Well Bush senior wants Jeb Bush elected president, so for republicans all hope is not lost, and with Cheney's bionic heart perhaps he can serve as vice president once again.

Well, Bush IS the attacker extrordinaire...

But we COULD start over again and discuss how "Americans" attacked the natives here and stole their land. Shit. Those were English and Spaniards and such. Huh. Reckon the only real Americans are INDIANS. The rest of us descended from refugees and immigrants. Most "Americans" are nothing but imposters. A bunch of fake "Americans" running around either attacking countries themselves or providing the weapons for others to do the same.

No, that's not gonna stop any time soon, no matter who is behind the boss's desk.

    Really!
How many countries has he attacked?

    Worth a shot.

America is too ethnically mixed and there have been too many bilateral treaties for "Indians" to seperate themselves from "America".

I did read the primiary objective of all United States Presidents is to spread American values across the world.

Is that in the constitution? Or even some modern job description? Where did you read that?

You have yet to prove any of your claims regarding Obama. So chill until he takes office, otherwise you're full of it.

I agree, I find it strange that these people don't even give him a chance to take office. One of the few in congress that voted against the war in Iraq, yet they want to paint him as a warmonger.

Is "America Attack" now over? Far from it. I give it a year at most, before the country (and the rest of the world) gets back from the "Obama Honeymoon."

In a world where justice was truly blind nearly every U.S President would be put on trial for crimes against humanity.

They may have different speeches but there agenda is almost always the same, find a way to make the rest of the world more like America.

Normally this has been done by killing loads of poor people with brown colored skin and building malls on top of their graves.

That may be historically true. But one thing for the rest of the world to remember. The working American doesn't feel that way. Most of us are just scraping by and keeping our utilities paid. We aren't looking to make a fast buck off the back of someone else. We just want to provide for our families also. Some of us work two jobs, we don't get to spend time with our kids, or have fun with those big SUVs, in fact some us are still driving 30 year old economy cars, if we can keep them passing the new smog laws. It's not always easy.

I know, I was speaking of the U.S government not the people who serve under it.
