Internet Access

So, my job cut off access to MySpace, Facebook, Meebo and just about anything along those lines.

Luckily I can still at least come here.

Do you have interent access at work? Do they block access?

 

even if i had the access to the intertoobz at work, i just wouldn't have the time to use it

 

Luckily I do. Sometimes it 5, 10 minutes between calls, were highly over staffed to accommodate for the digital transition, just in case we are swamped in calls.

 

My husband has internet access at work. We email each other at times when he's not super busy. We used to chat through messenger, but he got caught by his boss (we were kind of naughty talking to each other, nothing too-too bad, but...) and had to remove the program.

As far as I know though, he has access to everything.

 

I'd kill myself if I had time for internetz at work.

You could still use a proxy if you're that shitty of an employee.

But all in all, good for your job and managers.

I have interwebs connection at school of course, but I know this whole website is blocked because i originally found it there and couldn't get on. They have blocks on social sites, any games sites, any essay sites in case of cheating and more.

EDIT: Even if I could, I wouldn't do it, it's dishonest and my conscience would hate me.

Haha, we have a computer at work and I don't think anything is blocked, I've never tried, because they have one of those backdoor virus programs on there and can access the computer from remote locations and see exactly what you're doing. And I'd just really rather not have anybody at work nosing through this site anyway.

We have that at work too... but the people who do the watching are the same people who already kinda know about the site, and don't really care to be honest... My supervisor is awesome... we went to high school together.
