Injury to nose, PLEAE HELP!

Yo, made a previous post before about getting in a scrap with a 'friend', cos he head butted me for nothing..

It's been over two weeks and I am pretty concerned about my nose. When he hit me, it bled a little bit only, and it became swollen. I didn't have a bruise, but my nose on the left side of the bridge is lumped. It was, and is pretty noticeable.

Question is, what's the deal. Is it just swelling? I mean it's definitely not broken, I have had no problem moving it about and again, there was no bruising. But equally since it's been over a couple of weeks, and the swelling is supposed to die down in days, i'm worried.

It's a hard as well. In fact it's more a raised area than a 'lump' per say.

Will it go back to normal? Anyone had any issues with this sort of problem.

Just because you could move it without pain doesnt mean it wasn't broken or cracked. If there is no swelling of the skin but a hard lump under the skin, chances are, it did at the least crack and has already healed enough to seem fine but leaving a lump where the bone knitted back together or a calcium buildup has occurred because of it.

The quickest way to find out though is go to the doctor. If you can't do this for some reason, you are pretty much stuck with accepting it as is....
