Indy 500

Have you guys been to the Indy 500 or the track party the night before.

 

I'm guessing this is going to be a loudly echoed, "No". . . .

I've been to the track party, but will probably never attend the Indy 500.....

 

You never know, haha. There are a lot of race fans from all over.

I don't see the appeal of something like nascar at all.Just a bunch of corporate sponsored cars going in circles.Very boring.

 

Yeah, we're talking about open cockpit cars, but same idea. Bunch of left turns and some waving flags.

 

Yea, the race is boring, but the track party the night before is pretty fun... it can get pretty entertaining. People showing boobies for beads and ect. the 'Christian' speakers ranting and raving about how everyone is going to hell for being drunk and showing their tits, it can be very amusing.

 

European racing is superior.

they have nice elaborate tracks, and, SOMETIMES, they start some place, and they GO SOMEPLACE!

Yea, that would be fun. I would only really watch the ending, the last couple of laps or something, I never understood why people wasted their whole day seeing cars go around in circles, I won tickets one time, but didn't go... too boring.

I've been to the track at least a dozen times and went to the 1966 race and the 1973 race.

more importantly, most of them don't live anywhere near indy...

fuck, i can't stand racing, but if i won tickets i would go and fucking love it.
