You have heard it said, "In a perfect world . . . " which is always followed by the speaker's vision of one specific item that would be different and, presumeably, better.

You know, statements like "In a perfect world . . . there would be no war," or "In a perfect world . . . ganja would be legal" or "In a perfect world . . . only the enlightened and inspired would have influence" and so on.

So, keeping in mind all of the variations of the Golden Rule (What you do to others may be done to you) the question is: What is your vision of "the perfect world?"

    Please, finish the sentence:

    In a perfect world . . .

    Peace and Love,

The "world" is perfect. Humans are flawed, and that's what "God" intended.
without imperfection, there is no improvement, without improvement, ..there would be no asscention. We all must go in love, each day without fear. Fear is evil and evil lowers the vibration for us all.

In a perfect world there wouldn't be people complaining that the world isn't perfect, and they'd just be happy with what they have.

Haha, interesting responces. I would say the perfect world would not be perfect, allowing for growth, but not with too much darkness and everyone would retrieve their power that has been lost over time to the false gods and losts fragments of Soul, and antichrists.....

    Blessings

In a perfect world science would discover that God is everything, including people. Therefore everyone would treat each other with the utmost respect, fearing God's wrath. There would also be rivers of chocolate and the trees would be made out of peppermint.

god's wrath? who is to say there is even god. I'm not sure a perfect world could ever exhist unless all humans were exactly the same, which doesn't sound so perfect. Everyone has differenet ideas as to what a perfect world is, so the closest we can get is to repect others and other stuff i guess

In a perfect world................there are multitudes of people who fuck it up completely by presuming their way is the only way good for everyone.

In a perfect world, everyone would feel free to discuss the meaning of what makes a perfect world.

It depends on the the exact nature of the question, "What is a perfect world." As I see it, there are two fundamental ways to view this:

    (I) The world is perfect in that there is an implicit causal order to all events. Apparent randomness, or chance, is due to our apparent inability to process the required information such we are able to consciously see the causes of any particular event, this includes events that are deemed "imperfect." So when good things and horrible things happen it is perfect in this sense.

(II) The world has imperfect occurances because what we consciously consider to be perfect does not happen in many, if not all situations; there is suffering and bad things happen; events of 'natural cycles'" are often viewed as imperfect; birth leading to death as an example.

Could it be that both (I) and (II) are true, that this is a paradox that is interwoven into our nature; and, could it be that significant learning could take place through the contemplation of the reality that both of these view points appear true and contradictory ?

From my view, in a perfect world, cooperation among peoples while individual and group freedom reigns appears to be ideal; but this requires enlightenment such that dissonance, or conflict, can be foreseen and averted; or resolved in a mutually recongnized and equitably beneficial manner in the case where it manifests further. This requires mutual respect for differences in people and in groups of people where 'power,' or "capability 'to do,'" is guided by strong self-understanding and by strong mutual empathy and compassion for others. I believe that the manifestation of such a situation would cause amazing, absolutely fantastic, changes for the better to occur on the 'human scene.' As I see it, fear often charades as realism; and invention, human creation, for better or for worse, comes from imagination translated to 'the manifest'; faith in an imagined future for which we may, as of yet, only have a glimpse.
