when i was little like 4, i remember we went to this one church service were they were talking about demons and hell and stuff and just like most little kids, i absorbed everything like a fucking sponge.then for 2 years iw as convinced that this air vent which was about 2 by 2 feet on a wall in my hallway was the gateway to hell. it would make weird noises like air vents do. bumping and creaking and banging.

i imagined that demons were in there making all kinds of torture devices. i remember i used to sprint as fast as i could to the bathroom cause i was afraid something was gonna suck me into it. anyoone else have this kind of thoughts as a little kid?

When i was little i would go to church and they would talk about heaven being up and hell being down. so i thought that heaven was in the clouds and if you got on and airplane or hiked to the top of a mountain where the clouds were you would be in heaven. well one day i asked my grandpa about it and he ruined my dreams of ever hiking to the top of the mountain and being in heaven lol. Im pretty sure every little kid that went to church thought this or soemthing similar

actually it was one of the things that got me questioning religion.. because i couldnt understand why we wouldnt be able to see heaven on a cloudless day

i guess thats a good mindset for a child, cept that you replaced what your parents told you with what the church told you hehe
