good luck! my ex bought me a guitar and i learned the strings and one or two chords then ended up breaking up with him and got rid of the guitar as too many bad memories and haven't played since. yes i know ... bit silly. good luck to you though, i found the fingering positions bit hard as i am used to playing piano but it wasn't too bad. have you ever played any other instrument?
cool, remember!! The most important thing is to learn the basics i.e chords, scales. All the good stuff comes from that..............
