if anyone wants to know more about this subject, they can google 'CPS abuse of power' and start reading. it's an eye opener. but i don't need to go looking for examples, i have actually seen things like this happen to people. i'm not relying on 2nd, 3rd or 4th hand reports.

the particular case up for discussion in this thread may indeed have been accurately reported and appropriately handled. i really don't know. i'm not there. i'm just trying to make a case for restraint in jumping on the mob bandwagon.
