My twelve year old brother knows about masturbation, and he does it all the time. Today he came up to me and asked, "Why can't I ejaculate?" I told him I didn't know, because I don't. I need an answer as soon as possible, I'm concerned about him because I could ejaculate when I was his age, and I want to make sure there is nothing wrong with him.

 

Tell him to stop doing it so often? Maybe his body isn't fully developped enough to produce sperm as much as an adult at this time.

If he hasn't, it's not big deal. My sister got her period 7 months earlier than I got mine at her age. We all have different bodies.

 

I wouldn't be too concerned about it. As Aristartle said, everyone has a body that developes at a differant rate. If he would be late in developing other things like pubic hair, or other signs of puberty, then you might want him to see the family doctor. Just to make sure he's not having a sluggish puberty.

I think all should be ok.
