Ignorance toward acid, why?

I told a group of friends that set at my table at lunch about my lsd use several months ago. Ever since then the've done nothing but critisize me for doing it, and in the most ignorant ways. When i say something thats out of the blue or doesn't make since, which if i do it's in a joking manner, they instantly bring up the acid. And the thing about it is that they say shit like that too. Sometimes they'll ask me questions about why i use it, then when i start getting into the specifics they just throw they're ignorant bullshit at me. Like yeterday one of the guys that set at my table asked me why i did acid, then immediatly said, "don't you know that stuff is bad for you, and makes your brain bleed?" I told him that the brain bleeding was bullshit, then he said, "how do you know that, your not a scientist?" Then just as soon as i proceeded to explain the specifics of how it works they just shut me off and moved on to something else.

What i want to know is, what the hell is running through these kinds of peoples minds when they just shut the subject off like that? Is it fear of the truth? I just don't get it. They seemed so interested in it at first then when i start to show them thats it's not that bad, they all of a sudden change the subject.

 

Forgive them lord, for they know not what they do. hahaha

Their ignorance is just that......ignorance. They are just repeating what they have been told their entire lives. Find a way to get them interested in at least learning for themselves, either through research or experience, that it is not the demon drug they have been made to believe.

 

Damn...do they smoke?

But I dont know some people what they know they think it is all there is to know. And that if something is regarded as negative, whatever they hear on it they will beleive.

I think LSD is so rare that they just replace things in their minds where they should have been putting info they studied on it... Silly ignorant fools! Maybe a drop of El 'Cid in their food or drinks at lunch would change their minds... Good idea Hellfire! But seriously, don't try to argue with them, just tell them to do more research and don't let them come up with those made up stories about glasses of water and such...

 

You're all right. I'm going to dose them mother fuckers. I can't believe i haven't thought of it myself. Great plan. I don't want to get caught though so i'm only going to do it to the most ignorant of all. Maybe after that he will at least change his mind about it.

 

Dosing someone without his/her knowledge is one of the cruelest things you can ever do to someone. It's literally a mind-rape, and can easily damage someone permanently. Please think before you do this, if you're being serious (if not, sorry, please ignore).

 

Dose him then maybe tell him about 40 minutes after you gave it to him. Prepare him a little bit for it.

You can do it right, though. Put a hit or two in his drink and let him drink it. As soon as he is finished, and before he feels the effects, let him know that he has been dosed and to just go with the flow. Have some xanax on hand in case he starts to freak out, and it will be fine.

 

Yeah i'm just going to put one in his drink, but no more. This shit is so fucking powerful you wouldn't believe it. And the xanax sounds like a good idea.

 

It can't end up too bad if the xanax is available.

 

I can't honestly see how dosing your friend is going to change his opinion on acid. If he's expecting brain bleeding insanity, that's probably what he'll get. Hell, he'll probably be all like "I CAN FEEL MY BRAIN BLEEDING ARGH IT BURNS INSIDE AAAAARGH"

 

just don't talk to outsiders about acid. it's almost always a bad idea.

 

Then he will receive the reply that he diserves for his ignorane in the first place. If he had just listened then he wouldn't think such things. So what if he flips out. He''l get over it, it's only one hit. How much damage can one hit do, honestly? Chances are he will love the shit.

 

Plus, the xanax will prevent any bad trip from lasting too long. At the first signs of a freak out, give him 2-4mg of xanax and it will calm him down within 10-15 minutes. If he is still tripping after the xanax, he will end up having a good time.

 

Just in case you were really thinking of dosing them without their knowledge I wanted to add my opinion of that being a very bad idea.

This is not the best example BUT: Take a kid who's afraid of water and the learning of swimming. The father, mother or teacher that throws him in could give that illogical kid some major phobia that exceeded their inital illogical fear of swimming/water.
--- that and the kid may never trust that person again and heck, they could cause themself to drown.

As much as ignorant people (that is, people who refuse to learn about what they may be ignorant about) ignites some anger in me, I would say this is still their choice.


...and I think the IDEA of dosing people without their knowledge is funny as hell; only the idea of it is though. Their demons may be greater than you could ever understand.

Note: The drug name of ACID does sound scary I tend to use LSD if I speak to anyone who may not be well versed on the subject to lessen their freak out. I've known more than one person who thought LSD and ACID were two different substances...

 

Just about everyone I talk to think LSD and Acid are two different drugs. If you follow trhough with it, make sure your around him all night to keep reminding him he's on LSD and make sure you got the Xanax. Make sure you tell us how it goes too.

It would probably end up confirming some of what he thinks

maybe he will even call the police you never know
