what will happen first? Deadly heart attack? Or deadly stroke? Eating a lot of them Jimmy Dean sausage biscuts with eggs could be the tastest way to commit suicide.
I eat lots of that food that kind of food , but I eat it with garlic , I just love the taste of garlic and it keeps me alive . desert rat
People have tried “suicide by overconsumption” before but they usually just end up getting fatter Hotwater
actually, eggs do not raise bad cholesterol. This is an old wives tale. Eat as many eggs as you want.
I usually just get the gall bladder attack...no stroke or cardiac arrest just yet (that i noticed) I had johnsonville brats today..not bad..taste different than others because they use sow meat instead of just anything
as long as your oxidative stress isn't too high the LDL cholesterol won't form plaques. so better smoke too, and have a stressful life. but when you've got sweet sweet saturated fats to eat why would you worry
The food one eats has little to do with overall cholesterol. A person's overall health has a lot to do with it, but cholesterol is over-emphasized because it sells drugs. Cholesterol is a good thing and something your body needs.
I think there's some correlation between food and cholesterol but I do agree that it has a great deal to do with overall health and how the body handles what is ingested. Of course it has to do with selling drugs... "selling" being the key term. I'd go so far as to say I suspect the poisons in the food supply, the artificial sugars, colors, flavors, etc. are added with little concern over the physical effects beyond what is legally permissible. Shelf life, and sales perpetuated by added flavors and pleasing colors ranks higher than the health of the person eating the products. The only concern for the consumer is the money spent. Basically some are toeing the line set out by the government as to how close they can come to out and out poisoning the consumer... because the food industry is all about profit and not about actually feeding people.
We should all be ......not buying prepacked or precooked food eating more fruit and veg and beans and nuts
