ID please

Can someone ID these for me? I doubt that these mushrooms have any psychedelic properties whats so ever, but it never hurts to ask. I found em' in the grass when i was walking home today. If they are magic then i just struck gold becasue the are everywhere! Can anybody help me out?

usually brown or black spores are poison. edible tend to be white or pink in the gills, psylocibe always purple.
