If your boyfriend has ejaculated in the hours before he had sex with you, and had not urinated in between, he could have sperm in his precum. Some of the past ejaculate will remain in the urethra after ejaculation (that is why we all have a cum dribble out the meatus or hole in the glans after sex - at least until urination cleans the urethra out.) Precum does not contain sperm, BUT precum can carry sperm that is already inside the shaft of the cock (from a previous orgasm), also, cum can be leaked out before orgasm and mixed in with precum....so just because its wet before he orgasms doesn't mean its precum, and if it is precum doesn't mean its free of sperm.
