i think maybe i wanna be lots of things

as i go through the whole "pick what you want to do with your life" jobs, ive come to many different things.
when i was a kid, i wanted more than anything to be an astronaut. i rememberd going to the franklin instatute when they had an outer space theme, i was so happy. i thought i could be one with no strings attached. after a few years, i realized how much work and money it would cost to be one and that dream crumbled.
then i wanted to be a chef and make all kinds of wonderful foods, then a journalist, a plumer at one point, a history teacher, a doctor, and now maybe something with science. im all over the place!


what were some of the things that you wanted to be when you grow up?

 

For a brief period of time I wanted to be a pimp with a stable full of Fillies



Then the video Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song ended, and I wanted to be either a theoretical physicist or a nuclear engineer.

or batman or a detective =P

for quite awhile I wanted to be a director

and I decided against psychology for ethical reasons

now I wanna be a writer
and also just do whatever
really I just wanna make enough to satisfy, and live happy I don't need much

 

lottery winner or heir to fortune

 

I've wanted to be nearly too many things to name. variety is the spice of life, but it doenst exactly help you choose a career path to follow

 

i wanted to be a paranormal investigator and i am. but i also wanna become a deaf interpreter which im close to

 

those are all really cool things to be, even the p"imp with a stable full of Fillies." i just wish i could get hold of something i really love to do and stick with it. i also forgot that i wanted to be a veternarian too.

what can I say, I was a dreamer

 

when i was little i wanted to be a indiana jones. then all through school i wanted to be an archaeologist.

 

balerina (when i was in balet school)
architect (when i played Sims alot)
jurnalist (when i was involved in a paper)
politician (when i realised that there are ni honest people in politics and wanted to be the first onre)
now i want to be a linguist

 

My mom wouldnt let me go to ballerina school cus she thought it would fuck up my feet. When i was a little girl EVERTHING i had was in ballerina. I wanted to be one sooooo bad. grrrr @ childhood memories!

 

I remeber wanting to be a scientist, a mountain biker, a skateboarder, a vet, and then I wanted to be an architect from the ages of 9 to 12, and then I wanted to be a doctor, then an architect again and now I'm just going where life takes me. I'm considering teaching or cgi animation, or even an architect (again lol) but I don't think my physics is up to scratch.
Of course these were all (except from the skateboarder and biker) professions that please my mum. She wants me to go to uni, so I have a degree and will be able to make lots of money. Meh. I'll do it for my mothers hapiness, but money means nothing to me. I'll get my degree and then follow my TRUE passion, which is music And being a part time author, writing books and stuff. I like doing that

 

what is everyone now? anything close to what you wanted to be?

 

Trought my whole life, I wanted to be:
1. One of those nice ladies reading the news on TV
2. The mayor
3. An astronomer...I even tried to make myself a telescope! I didn't..
4. Owner of a caffee bar
5. Programmer like my mum and dad
6. An actress
7. A journalist
So the last ones had the last word for me. I now am going to start my studies of french language and literature (including russian language) and directing
Yes - I have wandered around my field of wishes a lot...
Can some one beat me with more wishes?

 

Oh I forgot to mention that I wnated to be a truck driver too
Or bus, just to have big wheels

Filmmaker. (I'm writing up a script now, which I'll direct when I have a little more cash. And quality actors...)

Kickboxer. (I've done it for 6 years. I just don't get paid much.)

Fireman. (I put out a grease fire in my oven once.)

I'm kinda a machinist and a lab rat for cash now. Admitedly, sucess comes slower then I had hoped as a kid.
