i'm getting into everyday italian as well, i love the food she makes.

 

and, can i say that the barefoot contessa seems to lead such a carefree and leisurely life with her constant dinner parties

 

I like every day italian, but I wish she'd put on some weight. She's too skinny to be a chef to me somehow

also, wrapping veggies in prosciutto does not a make fancy schmancy dish. Normally she does good recipes but every now and then she seems to get a little lazy, heh.

i like restaurant makeover a lot though, that show is super super fun. cooking and renovation, two things I really like watching on the telly for some reason

 

omg, barefoot contessa, I can't believe I forgot about her. I love her show too. It's neat that she does a lot of dishes that you can make the day before, or in the morning and just leave until like 30min before you want to serve it, I like that. food for lazy people, or those of us with short attention spans that get frustrated by cooking for ages. Ok, i love cooking for ages but I hate doing the dishes from such an adventure

and rachel ray (30 minute meals) is most def. on some type of perky pill. whats with that woman??
