I need to contact my spirit guide NOW!

Any help with this? I've tried in the past and really haven't gotten anywhere, but I need help and guidance RIGHT NOW!

All I can say is what I've said before, which apparently wasn't any help to you. The thing is, of course, that the spirits are the ones who know what we need - and what we think we need may not be it.

So I guess about the only thing I'm good for is to offer help and guidance of the material/electronic kind, if you think that would do you any good.

 

Is it still not the right time or something? I just need guidance from them. A sign or something to help me know that I'm doing the right thing.

 

All I can suggest is what I usually suggest: Ask. And wait expectantly. If it IS the time, you'll get what you're asking for.

 

If they are here to help, then why do I have to wait until the "right time"? What is the right time?

 

The right time, is when they come to you.

Try meditating for a good hour or so, make a prayer, offering, whatever you want to do that think might call them to you, or show them some reverence.

 

The "right time" is when the spirits decide. There is no point in trying to guess. We try to control, but the spirits are the ones who truly control. Don't fight it, MysteriousNight, there's no point to it. You need to let go. Let them take you where they will - don't fight it. Let it be what it is.

 

But that's the problem....I can't tell if they're taking me where I need to go. I have no idea if what's going on is the right thing.

 

i'm not terribly good at this, but my advice is to listen to yourself. you do know what the right thing is, you just second guess yourself out of it. if you listen to your own voice instead of trying to rely on other things to validate you, you will just know (your spirit guides are part of that voice as well). your spirit guides are already talking to you, you just dont know it yet. learn how to listen to them by freeing your mind and be willing to accept what they say, even if it's not what you want to hear. i dunno if that made sense i just felt inclined to say something

 

I'd basically agree with azucena, your guidance is there and it comes through in your thoughts and feelings.... just trust a little that it's there and that help is being given. It sounds like you're getting a little overwhelmed by your thinking, hence your impatience and that neediness for confirmation/affirmation.
Sit still and just calm your thoughts, be happy with the moment and stop projecting yourself into the future so mutch.

 

My thoughts and feelings are conflicting. The situation I am in - I don't know if it's right or not. I'm paying attention to my thoughts and my feelings but they go back and forth so much that I need clarity. I need real, true clarity and I figure if these spirits are here to guide and help then I need communicate with them somehow. I've done the meditating and waited for an answer, but nothing happens.

If your thoughts and feelings are conflicting, your feelings will be the truer ... thoughts can lie, feelings can't.

Guides will most often appear in dreams ... for me anyway, and even then they don't say mutch, but the dream itself gives the meaning. Ask for a dream, ... ask your guides to give you a message via dreaming. Dreaming is a time when we naturally get closer to spirit.

 

I'm not that good, MysteriousNight - usually. But it sounds like you're in a quandary about a relationship - yes? Azucena and liquidlight have given you some excellent advice. I might just add this: When I find myself conflicted about anything, I find it's best to just wait. Sometimes things become clearer as time brings new developments. And if you're feeling a sense of urgency - ignore it. It's probably not real urgency. Waiting is hard, but it's far, far better than jumping into an abyss.

 

Your spirits/guides have always been there... always will be. I think they do speak to you. Why don't you use feathers as a sign. hmmm...try asking something simple...speak to them from your heart...ask for a feather to come as validation.

 

Yeah, it's sort of about a relationship. I ended up asking my guides to show me something in a dream before I went to bed last night. I did have a dream about her and it was a good dream - a good feeling throughout the dream - but I wonder if they do communicate with me and I just don't pay attention? Maybe I'm just not aware enough to see it?

 

You were the one who told me about writing out a list and burning it, right?

 

Sounds like they communicated with you - in your dream. And yes, they probably do communicate with you in other ways. Keep your eyes and ears and mind open. Look for "coincidences." Look for trends in your experiences.

And congratulations on the dream! You got what you asked for!

 

I know certain things, like that dream, probably came from them, but I wonder about other ways of communicating with them. I'm the kind of person that has to be absolutely SURE before I make a call on something like that.

 

There is so very much to be gained from communication with the spirit realm...so I say this to you in as helpful way as I know how - you aren't going to ever be "SURE" when it comes to matters such as this.
Even if you received a message in a burning bush, if one is determined to question each and every piece of the arrival of a message, you are subject to miss out on the general message, the intent of the communique, analyzing its validity rather than get to the point.
Such as what your heart, your gut tells you.
For to fight it is futile - if you value inner peace or happiness at all.
Just some food for thought.
