Sounds easy, I already have a beer brewing kit with the bottles, caps and capper.

 

You could use green dragon to make it too. You could even use strawberry extract as the alcohol for the green dragon and your set.

Not worth $25 for sure, but if you could make it it would be wayy more cost effective and you can make it as potent as you want.
