i smoke everyweekend with my friends for nearly a year now and its deffinatly effecting things in my life. im not just now relizing it ive just decided to finally do somthing about it. basically even a week after ive smoked i still feel ~sorta light-headed~ like my connection or relization that im in reality isnt totally there. its really noticeable when i sleep. almost everytime i wake up in the morning im totally lost on whats going on and for like 30 seconds after i wake up i have to like "remember" my life. i think this has to do with my being so confused on wether or not im dreaming or awake. its weird, but my friends say they can relate so im not just crazy or sum shit. anyways, ive decided it would be best to quit, my grades in school and short term memory are really suffering because of my consistant use. my question is, are there anything that will help filter out any leftover thc in me. becuse ive read from some forums that its the stored thc in fat that causes the semi ~light-headedness~ becuse its slowly getting back into your system little by little. i mainly want my short term memory to be better so any help from the pros out there to get my head back on straigh would really help.
THC Is out of your system in a month anyways. And I've never heard of people feeling after effects for more than 7 or 8 days... I usually feel them for a week, barely noticable for me.
That suggestion has been floating around here since I created the thread 'I just tripped, sort of.' and I doubt it is that common...
Its is in fact that common and he shows classic symtoms... Also that came up before when some guy talked about all the symptoms and it turned out to be just that
just stop thinking about it. at least some percent of this has to be placebo, with you trying to note every single time you forget something and you're tricking yourself into thinking you're a lot worse than you actually are. i bet when your minds busy and you don't have time to think about bud, you're fine
Go on a tolerance break. Not only will this stop happening, but it will make things (as in your stash of green) last longer. Or get some detox tea, or echinacea (sp), or get a different strain (skunk or something, a high rather than a stone never has effects for more than a day or two). Also, I'd be willing to put money on the fact that the herb isn't what's causing you to feel like that in the morning. I felt like that before I smoked anything in my life, you're simply groggy, the solution is more sleep. On summer break you won't really feel like that, or at the end of a long (1-2 week) break. Also, the memory thing probably isn't the herb either, but you just remembering what you want to and leaving out the rest. But whatever - it may be best to quit. You are you, I am not. It effects everybody differently, just do what you feel is in your best interest. Also, you don't really need to get "all the thc out", after a week you will feel "normal". If you still want to, get detoc tea from celestial seasonings, echinacea (sp), or drink a lot of water and excersize. Good luck man
I was thinking this same thing when I first read the post. Lmao. Dude you need to exercise your brain more. I don't know why people hate that slow, dreamy feeling after a day of smoking bud. I LOVED that feeling. By the way it goes away after you build up a habit of smoking. And to be brutally honest it feels that way because the night before you killed off a shitload of brain cells. Bud does that to you but then again so does beer, cigarettes, and caffeine. You also grow them back. Peace. -Jeremy
