My new boyfriend is not serious at all. He is joking all the time and making fun of everything (even of me). The sad thing is that he is even older than me (19) and normaly I should be the kid in our relationship No, seriously this is the trouth. What do you think I should do???
If you are not happy, get out! Life is too short to be with someone who makes you un-happy! There are so many people in the world, this guy most likley isn't "the one". Good luck!
i agree with dmgreen i had sa gf once like that & god it got sooooo annoying, & went from joking to just bitchy.. it sounds like hes with ya just for laughs..a good time..even if its at your expence you would know it if it was right..& wasa real serius relationship ofcourse u also have the option of treatting it the same as he does..a fun way to pass the time, but nothing serius but no matter what, just make sure u keep yourself happy
If you wait for men to grow up, you will die before it happens, so I suggest getting used to it or finding someone who is more on your maturity level. I personally love the fact that my boyfriend (nor myself) wants to be all grown up. We'll always be children at heart.
Well he stopped making fun of me, at least not so much as before. The thing is that I'm not unhappy with him, I'm having fun, for the first time in my life! But I still want a serious relationship.
Marija, have you talked to him about what you actually want out of the relationship? And, are you defining "serious relationship" by the amount of seriousness in it, or by the committment. Because he might be committed to you 100%, he's just silly. It sounds like the best option for you is to sit down and talk with him, as best you can, about what you're thinking. And then listen to him, as well.
At the beginig of the relationsthip he told me that he isn't a "serious relationship guy", and that he was just looking for fun. The problem is that I'm a "serious relationship girl" BUT I'm having fun with him!
Talk to him. Maybe have a heart to heart he can tell you what pissed him off about you and you can do the same - it might make you feel like crap but at least you are being honest with each other
