uhm, go to 18+ clubs...or find bars where you need a stamp to get in and just have the stamp transposed on your hand...

It must suck so much having to be 20/21 pffttt... we've being buying booze since 16 here. Do clubs/bars let you enter/drink if you dont look exactly 21? or are they not bothered?
Get a friend thats older and looks vaguely like you. You can find people that make them, but it's tricky sometimes.
i've only seen one real fake ID, all the others looked extremely crappy and fake. the real one was actually made at the RMV, it just didn't have the information computed into the computer, so if it was scanned by a police scanner, it'd be known as a fake. other than that, it was legit.
Until a few years ago, the Saskatchewan and Alberta DLs used to be easy enough you could do it with a template, a 200 dollar printer, and a laminator. I also used to know a guy who had stolen one of the actual Printing machines and could make semi-legit BC ones. He is now in jail for cooking up meth though.
