Yes, bikes are awesome.

I'm gonna have to buy a new one when I get back to school in a week. I'm really excited about the prospect too.

I'm thinking about getting a road bike, but a cruiser could be cool too.

Hell, mountain bikes are more practical though.

I was thinking of getting a new mountain bike soon too. What would be the best brand or does it matter much?

Kind of depends how much money you got and how seriously you are into mountain biking.

 

Money, not so much an issue. As far as how serious, it's not something I would do on a weekly basis, though I would like to. Maybe every now and then.

 

You have to consider what you would use it for, personally I use mine for cycling to work and the cycle paths are great in Holland, a mountain wouldn't be so apt. People buy these things with suspension and everything and not only do they not need it, but they are also not generally suited to road surfaces.

 

I have an old style one wich my husband rescued from the garbage... it has a book holder on the back and I can double Owen on it.
