Fuck man, I've become humbled. I barely got 300 lbs off the bar today. I was able to do 3 sets of 3(benching) but, wow. That is a hellova step down from my prime. I'm motivated now! I'm gonna get back to maxing at 450 lbs again mark my muthafuckin' words! And i'm pushing past my breaking point this time. No time off, no being lazy. I'm pissed and I'm sad at the same fucking time. ARGH!!!
Not just benching. My overall strength sucks right now. I hate squats, but I'll hop on the leg press anytime!
