.. and I've just celebrated this awesome feat with a giant $20 XXL lamb shish kebab with chilli sauce and yoghurt :jester:
The veggies food was actually pretty good. My own recipe too lol Chilli Beans White Kidney Beans (soaked in water for 8 hours and boiled for 10 mins) Veg Stock Cube (half of) Worcester Sauce Onion Pepper Sauce Tin Tomatoes (half of) Dried Herbs (preferably fresh) Chilli Powder Olive Oil Honey (the secret ingredient that made if awesome) Just heat this in a pan an enjoy! I'd like to think a few animals were spared because of this two day heroic act but.. I will not delude myself. Their dismembered bodies simply spent two more days frozen in my local supermarket :lol: I guess I only tried this for health reasons. I'm going to go veggie for at least 5 days per week to begin with.
i eat meat for protein and nutrients that are way harder to find in veggies. but i eat my veggies too.
What proteins and nutrients are those? I've seen alot of veggies is awesome shape (not nutrient deficient). I didn't drink cow lactate either. How do veggies get their calcium?
