it can be fun, but it ends the night too quickly because i have to start pacing myself...i'd rather have some food in me, and start drinking, so i won't have to pace myself so early in the night. i like marathons of drinking.

 

I've seen a medical footage where the walls of stomach began to bleed when even something as light and mild like beer was consumed on the empty stomach. I've never really been keen on drinking when my stomach is empty to begin with, and the footage just added to the whole thing.

It may save a few bucks, but I wouldn't recommend it.
