i have never smoked anything or gotton drunk

i'm 18 and i have never smoked (anything) or been drunk. even though my father smokes weed and offered to share i have'nt so much as tried it. i don't really know why i have'nt..i have no real problem with it but i just...have'nt*shrug*

 

hmm.. maybe you should try it sometime! I've found smoking herb to be eye-opening at times and lots of fun.

 

Kinda the same situation here. I have smoked weed a few times but I dont have the urge to smoke it much. Alcohol on the other hand is a different story.

 

I've drank before but smoking, drugs, and alcohol don't amuse me much.

just make your own choice, don't be effected...don't let other people sway your decisions too much saying that, you already follow by this i guess....so yay you

 

there are a lot of people who haven't done those things, some people don't even get to eat much.

 

Uh....a guy who OFFERS to share weed with his kid? Hmmm....that might be a problem right there...but don't get me started on that. My own father did try pot when he was about 16 or 17 but he had a bad experience and never tried it again (he's almost 50 now).

It's good that you haven't tried either one. I haven't smoked anything, which I pride myself on. I have had sips of alcohol and I really do not like it that much so I don't drink (Christians are allowed to drink...they just can't get drunk). I can't get drunk anyway because of the medication I'm taking. If I did get drunk, I could go into a seizure

So in my opinion, you aren't really missing much. I give ya a pat on the back.

Do what you want, altering you state of mind can be entertaining, and while I'm not going to tell you its 'mind opening' cause that seems like some trite hippie falicy, I do kinda think it helps you explore the nature of consciousness. That probably sounds pretty immature, but unfortunatly, for me its true...

Don't go overboard, and you don't want your first high to be with your dad.

I'm going to go ahead and post in your confession. I'm 17 and haven't smoked or drunk anything, I'm also not planning on it either.

 

yeah i 'd definitely say i've wasted several years of my life getting wasted. the money i've spent on booze and pot bought me many happy memories, but not much more. I'd say just keep on with your ideas and dont get distracted chasing the perfect high. you can take up drugs and alcohol anytime. really i'd say d and a are just hobbies that people pick up and get clouded by.

i find myself now going back to pursue the ideas that i had when i was 18 or so - its funny

the one thing i do like to do now and then still is mushrooms, they've always helped me clear my mind when i'm confused about life

i am 14 and im mormon and i have smoked weed once (i thought it was stupid) but im cool with anyone that does it (all my friends do it exept 3 of them). i am considered a bad mormon by people and myself, i have drank alchohol once before but havent gotten drunk, i have smoked weed once but havent gotten high, and i have no plans in the future to do any of those again. i am accually a 4.0 student believe it or not and one day i hope to become an eye surgeon. i am at least glad i had the experiences, you cant hate something without ever trieing it so! THERE IT IS!

 

I was just the same as you when i was 18 then i went to university and everything went to hell in otherwords i became a typical student alcohol,weed and by the end of next year opium. Lots of fun hit the bars girl.

 

i think thats good. i havnt either and i dont no why people find it so necessary
