    Greetings fellow Hippies,
    My names is Robert and for the LONGEST time I was convinced that the counterculture movement was extinct, plowed over by the religious right wing onslaught. Today, I found out that the truth is much more hopeful. Liberalism-or as I call it "rational progressivism"- is the nucleus of Americas' spirit, and it is comforting to know that a forum like this exists and is utilized by so many young people.
