haha I've lost 20 pounds in two months because I've been having to lift all kinds of heavy crap. I was able to put on a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear since 2005. I'm totally coming to you for advice about working out and eating right....I'm up to two to sometimes three meals a day.
YAY!!!! Congrats!!! Though I must say you've always looked good.... Monday I put these one pair of jeans on that use to be extremely tight on me and it made me look like a sausage that had too small of a casing... But now they fit and are big...It feels good to fit into something that you haven't been able to for a while.. So way to tree!!!
Thanks Shroomie. Yeah it does feel good. Haha I doubt you looked like a sausage. Way to go on your new fit in old jeans. Fitz I wasn't trying to be healthy....I just said fuck it! I'll just be fat! :tongue:
Aww, good for you Tree and Shroom. ...I want to lose about 8lbs. The thing is, if I start watching what I eat, I become obsessed with food. All I can think about is eating, and what I will eat next...it's awful.
Thanks Bella. Haha I am too KC - that's why I'm eating more. At the same time though I'm working with a bunch of men again that expect me to lift the same stuff they do. No me gusta.
I lift heavy stuff at work all the time, I eat less than I used to, and I work out (only occasionally), and I've only lost like 3 pounds in the past couple months. Stupid hypothyroidism.
oh, to clarify...thats the weight (200) i eventually want to try to get to, i don't have 200lbs to lose
Haha you want to out my fat ass. 125 or 130. My best guy friend keeps screaming no...he wants me to stop at 145 the weight I was when I first started posting here.
