Women are fucking confusing. Just broke up with my girlfriend. Here's the story... So when we first started going out, she wanted the relationship to be pretty casual because her last boyfriend was a really serious relationship and she didn't want that again, plus she is really busy with school and going away to college next school year. I was like "That's cool" and I went along with it. So like a month ago she starts calling me more and telling me that she thinks she is starting to really like me and I felt the same. So we hung out a little bit more. Anyway, so the past several days we haven't really done much, I think I sensed she was getting distant. Then today she tells me she thinks we should stop dating because she thinks it is getting too serious and she thought she made it clear to me in the beginning that she didn't want it like this. She told me this when we were both leaving from a place and I wasn't in a situation to react and sit down and talk about it, so we haven't talked about it really yet. I'm just fucking confused because of how she felt before this and now she tells me this just because I was reacting to what she was feeling.... Anyway, I want to try and clear things up with her. Try and stay friends at least cause I still like her... I dunno, I wouldn't mind going back to the whole casual thing, but I doubt that will happen now... Blah. I don't get it.... I guess we weren't going out for very long by most standards, but I dunno, I'm kind of new to relationships so I'm not very good at this break up thing... Hmm, what's a good metaphor..Maybe "Once you've tasted wine, it's hard to go back to water" or something like that if you catch my drift.
Sounds like a typical pre-collage relationship Never good to get hooked up with a person off to school. I did, same thing happened. And also, girls are not confusing. Just some who don't know what they want yet.
