Yes... it's called the pit. Only, everyone seems to hang there... even people in their 40s and 50s. Everyone parks on the trails and gets crunk on Friday/Saturday nights then goes off roading.

What a combo.

Though I generally abstain from night off-roading as much as possible... especially around alcohol and people with it.

I usually bring wood/extra chairs and am in charge of building fires around the tailgate party area. One of my friends is in charge of noise control and craziness level, etc.

Then there's one person designated in staying near the enterance and watching for incoming cars/turning people away.

Everyone who regularly attends there has written permission, as do I... from the owner, who is a friend of a friend of mine. We've only had the cops come back there once after they found out someone got stuck and thought they might've needed help. Haha... if you own a bigass truck in this county, the cops are like "hey there bubba, you need any help?"

That's why I drive a silverado.

I was in the process of finding one that fit for now.

And it had to be one of a place I drive by every day.. I don't know, it gives me a little comfort, for some reason. I was going to see if I could put a jam cam for WVEC news/City of Hampton on there for the intersection of Magruder and Hampton Roads Center Parkway... one time it froze at 7:03am, when my truck was sitting at the intersection and I could see myself. It was rather amusing.
