starving myself... ^_^ it's not so bad, after about a day your stomach isn't really growling or hurting anymore... yesterday all i had was two little blueberry muffins and a half a twix bar and today i didn't eat anything... this has been a confession...SO DON'T FUCK WITH ME BITCHES! 0_o
starving youself can damage your internal organs permanently. your body will start to eat itself it you dont eat anything.
well, there's no fuckin food here and i dont have money. ^-^; im not starving really, i'm just eating very very little...
One time I was broke and didn't eat much, you're right, you don't really notice after a day or two... But as long as you eat some food it's all good... Studies on mice have shown that the ones on a starvation diet actualy appeared healthier and lived longer... Kicks in some sort of survival gene... I'm not advocating starving or anything though... I prefer eating...
yeah me too. i dont see it as a really good thing but i dont see it as being something bad. im not starving myself to the point where im deathly ill so its all good for now. my eating habits depend on what sport im playing. like in the fall i cut down a little bit on food, in winter i cut down a lot, in spring i have to start eating more because of track
I'm starving myself, but I've eaten a lot less since coming back from Japan. That's mainly because there's not too much food in my house.
But you see, the problem is when you start eating again (because you will) you'll eat like no fucking tomorrow. Binge eating is shit. Good luck though. JUST DON'T DIE!
you might be eating just the right amount, in this country we tend to gorge ourselfs much more than needed. the chinese's long life is largely attributed to their very low caloric diet
Starving is when your body is using vital tissues for energy. What you are doing is fasting, and it is very healthy for your body. The first things your body digests is the dead and diseased cells. During a fast you actually have more energy than usual because you gain the energy normallu used for digestion (about 10%). About a month ago I fasted for 6 days on water and it was a wonderful experience that I would suggest to everyone, as long as you have at least some portion of body fat of course. On another note, eating a little bit is worse than not eating at all because your body is still expecting you to be eating food. All in all, fasting is a wonderful experience physically and mentally. After a few days, my thoughts were clear as day, like some fog had been lifted out of my mind. Peace
