Honestly, we act all high and mighty, but we're so fucking miniscule in this universe. If the human race is annihilated by nuclear war, the universe won't give a shit. If we're wiped out by the sun and rising temperatures, the universe won't give a shit. If we escape and start to live among the stars, the universe won't give a shit.

I'd honestly love to know, but in the long run, it don't matter.

 

The world will never end.
The machines we create will end up out-living us, dull and flat, tentacled-monsters flocking the sun-deadened Earth. No humans will exist. The hum of robots will become a new song--the collective song of all existence.
