im currently 18 and plan to open a head shop in a couple of years in north east arkansas. i going to have every thing i can possibly carry in it concerning bud mony will no be a problen concediring i will be a licensed welder. does any one know if there any laws that would not allow me to open my shop what things can i sell to keep the cops off my back and what else would i need concerning the building and other things. any feed back will be greatly appriciated.
first, you don't want to go online and build up a bunch of evidence that you plan on selling illegal paraphernalia. next, you will want your GED since you clearly didn't go to school and you will need some sort of education in order to command any respect. you also need to concentrate on your welding. just having a license doesn't make you rich as fuck. you have to actually be decent enough to get a job in the field, then you have to save up a shit-ton of money if you are planning on opening a business. such that you will have to live with your parents and not do any sort of recreational activities that cost money (they all do) for the next several years.
Cigarettes and alcohol are much more rewarding, aren't they? At least you can look like a Hollywood star opposed to an indie starving actor.
