You can have a quick nutritious meal for your family. If I am not mistaken, every meal I believe has a protein or meat to it. Canned and frozen are fine. And two servings of vegetables. You can make delicious salad from canned vegetables. Toss a couple cans together of different ones, add some chopped onion, and drizzle in some olive oil and vinegar for dressing, to taste. (Canned vegetables are still considered vegetables, but my doctor said fresh are preferred, though not necessary.) Soup and half sandwich is fine for lunch. And any food is good for breakfast. Actually some is more healthy. Why not caesar salad, for example?
