How often?

How often do you trip on acid?

How often do you think is too much?

 

I don't know. If someone hasn't tripped in a long time, like say for a year or so, then I could see tripping once a week for a little while being fine, but for someone who hasn't had much of an off-period, I think once a week could be too frequent. A lot of consistent long-time trippers say once every 2 months is ideal.
It also depends on a lot of factors, like if you trip lightly or very heavily.

I really think the more time you can take between trips, the better. I've tripped three times in my life, each about a year a part, and I couldn't have asked for more powerful, mind-expanding experiences. I can't imagine the effects would've been the same had I not waited nearly as long. Not to mention, I personally don't think that it's a good idea to trip more than a handful of times in one's lifetime. I know that statement will be contentious here, and certainly many people have tripped many times and loved it and claimed no negative effects, but judging from the amount of HPPD I experienced for a couple of weeks after my first trip alone, I could see how constant tripping could lead to some unwanted effects. So, I would opt for, at most, a few times a year, but, that's just me

 

Its easy to eat way to much but if your a space cadet way to much isnt enough.

 

i can only go into orbit on shrooms... never find enough acid to get through the hemisphere.

As for too much: The quanity of times that would be too much would be equal to or greater than the times it takes to interfere with school, work and/or hobbies/interests. Using LSD more than once a week as a normalcy, in my opinion, is too much. This is especially true if one is actually attempting to gain any introspective knowledge.

 

I used to dose every few days, I dont anymore, im on to the permenant trip at the moment.

 

acid i can do whenever. i really dont mind using it often and i really dont mind not using it often

shrooms i hold in great regard and trip with them about once every two months

i also enjoy new psychedelics and will trip whenever i can get them




all around it averages out to once or twice a month. though as i age i feel like it wll get less and less

 

I'd say every 2-3 months would be good, but since the start of this summer i've only left 2-3 weeks inbetween every trip, there's just too much parties where I can get it, and when its offered to me I can't refuse.

 

Damn, I feel like an LSD junkie. I've been tripping about twice a week. I think the main reason, though, is that it's abundant for the first time in my life. When it's $4.50 per hit and 10 minutes away, it's kind of hard to say no.

ive had my weeks where ive done like 10-12 tabs in that week but I usually do it every 2 weeks or so.

 

4.50 a hit your lucky , acid around my parts is kinda scarce but yet a phone call or two away. For me it's around 10$ a hit. I've only tripped once but it wasn't as much as I wanted to I can only assume the acid where I live isn't the greatest.
