How often do you wear a bra

Some women with small breasts don't need a bra. Some with larger breasts just prefer not to wear them.
So how often do you wear a bra, what size are you breasts, and why do you or don't you.

They feel suffocated and sore if I wear a bra for too long (I'm like a D.5 so I have to suffer with too small), but I try to wear one for the minimum daily required time to help fight the inevitable effects of gravity. Can't be havin' no swinging udders under age 30.
