I got a digital scale recently. I found that I lose roughly about 1 lb (0.5 kg) of weight during an 8-hour sleep. I didn't think it would be that much. I assume that's fluid loss due to respiration and perspiration. That would be the mass of about 1/8 th a gallon of water. And no. I'm not a bed wetter. .
You're body digests stuff, and rebuilds all the torn away muscle you get probably. I lose around 8 lbs in the morning after a well exercised day, then it comes back later in the day after eating.
eating protein helps you burn fat in your sleep my trainer was telling me that eating protein with every meal including snacks helps to keep your metabolism working even when you sleep
I lose a few pounds after a few hours of watercraft activity such as kayaking. I think most of that is perspiration. It comes back by the end of the day after eating and drinking. .
hard boiled eggs in the morning are really good i wasn't a fan of hard boiled eggs but when cooked right and spiced are good i eat fuck loads of fish, but i did that before i started getting into shape for my night snack which i eat usually after i come home from the gym is a can of tuna i eat lots of salmon steaks peanut butter is actually bad for you because it contains more fat than protein but just eating a couple handfuls of nuts are good
water weight is the easiest to lose eating more protein will help your muscles burn fat and then the physical activities you do will help build more muscles and cycling to make yourself really fucking fit don't get me wrong here i'm not a freak when it comes to weight loss i actually weigh alot but it's mainly muscle
Cycling is another thing I want to do more of. It complements something like kayaking which is good for upper body toning. .
I agree...I lost 15 pounds in a month on peanut butter and jelly and tofu rolls with peanut sauce loaded with peanut butter. I had one of the two for lunch every single day and dinner most nights.
I prefer to make my own peanut butter. The store-bought stuff has a lot of hydrogenated junk oils (cottonseed) and a lot of salt and sugar (or high fructose corn syrup). .
I get the natural kind in the jar you have to stir. I tried the freshly ground peanutbutter at Whole Foods last time and the Chocolate Peanut Butter and do not like either of them. I like a really light peanut butter, creamy, sometimes like cheese I prefer the reduced fat variety, easier on my sensitive tummy.
Do you make yours in a food processesor? Are you a creamy or a chunky? If you;re a creamy, I might have to try your instrauctions, if you're willing to hand them over .
Peanut butter is pretty simple. You generally need a food processor. Honey and olive work ok (instead of the unhealthy hydrogenated cottonseed oil and high fructose corn syrup that store-bought uses). There aren't preservatives in the homemade stuff, so it needs to be refrigerated. I'm certainly not an expert on homemade peanut butter. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/homemade-peanut-butter-recipe/index.html http://chetday.com/blog/2004/12/homemade-peanut-butter.htm .
