Don't Know, And Don't Care, The Batteries In My Bathroom Scales Went Flat 6 Years Ago, And Although I Always Keep A Good Supply Of Spare Batteries For Everything, It's A Long Way Between The Workshop And The Bathroom... Cheers Glen.
12 stone (168 lb) with clothes on. I want to be 11 stone with clothes on (like I was last year and the decade before). I went to have some swimming lessons the other week and caught sight of my profile. Alfred Hitchcock sprang to mind. I'm on the borderline of being fat. I don't like it. http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showpost.php?p=5652505&postcount=349 Those were the days *sigh*
no idea, not weighed meself in years. i'd like to be less fat though, i'm hoping now my bikes fixed and i cycle at least a few miles every day i can lose a little flab.
76 kilo. It doesn't change much now but like 5 years back I was generally 10 kilo heavier. I think around 80 is the ideal weight in comparison to my height and stuff.
123 lbs. I would prefer to be around 135 . I tried really hard to keep the weight on after I had a baby but I just have ridiculous metabolism. I'm lean and thin but I would rather be curvy and voluptuous.
150? Used to weigh 133lbs, in my 20s! Started working out climbed to 16_?? Will see if I can get back there again this spring before summer. I bet I would look beast @ 170lbs. If I'm not too lazy, I'll make that a goal this year.
I dropped from 300lbs to 220. Went back up to 25X? maybe 60's. Now im back down under 240 @ 235.3lbs. I still have another 20+/- i need to loose. Its still a high # but im also 6'4" tall and ride mx/free ride. I do have flab and mini a-cup moob's, I still have a good amount of muscle in my legs and arms. I should be good to go in a month or so, Cut back to 1 meal a day no shit food and drink what i need that the body needs.
Ha! I am my best at 123. I'm 135 now. I really can't blame it on baby weight, as she's 9 months now. I actually got back down to 128 six weeks post partum, but after living in a hotel and without any belongings for 6 week, I packed the lbs back on.
