$425 for a 2 bedroom house with office and abnormally large laundry room. i live in the midwest, cost of living is cheap in this small town.
$595/month plus utilities/cable/etc. it's 2 bedroom, den, living room, huge kitchen, only 1 bathroom, and enclosed front porch. i think it's a pretty good deal. kinda out in the country away from everything. i love it.
my first house was a one bedroom. and it was only $150 dollars a month. Really cute house, we painted it all bright colors, and i had a roomate, i paid 75 a month. but yeah, rents cheap here. its an older house. very settled. kind of a bit of a fun house, you find yourself walking down hill into the bathroom lol. but its cool.
Currently we have a two bedroom, one and half bath. Pretty nice sized kitchen and balcony... for $625. We are looking for a new place, two bed/ two bath with a laundry room... and they are running $700-800.
wow. a 2 bedroom place in my area is atleast $1100/month.. usually even more. 3 bedroom is atleast $1500. I don't pay any rent though. I live with my pops.
I own therefore I dont pay rent and I have no house payments because its paid for, I feel good (da da da en da) like I knew that I would now (da da da en da) So good.....
550 quid for a poky 1 bedroom flat with a "kitchenette" (ie a cooker and fridge shoved at one end of the living room) centre of Cheltenham. Bloody RIP OFF Wow youre being hit even worse though!
$625 (canadian) plus electric, for a 1 BR, with yard and basement. Landlord pays water, gas heating, etc..
Were basically majorly ripped off on this pissy island Were going to have to move to a 2 bed house soon. ARGH
i think rent is about $600, and then we pay utilities as well...but we live in my grandmas house, so its much much lower than what it would be for someone not in the family. people are paying double for 1/2 of what i live in, probably more than double.
I own and I pay $1400 per month. Plus electric, water, cable, internet, insurance, and association fee. Comes out to about $2100 per month. Maryland sucks. In West Virginia I could buy several acres and build a house and own it outright for what I pay in one year here. But there are no jobs. I'd have to build stuff there and bring it here to sell, and my friends have gone broke trying that. One day...
i live with my parents so no rent for me unfortunately i don't live in the basement, when my older brother dropped out of college and couldn't afford to live on his own due to his spending all his money on video games, he got the basement i do live in the room about the garage tho...
about $60 a month...and that includes utilities WOW, some of u pay more in 1 month then I do for a whole year
