I just thought I would start a new thread. How much did you exercise today?? I walked 3.5 miles with a friend.
Besides walking for some 40 minutes, I did 50 pushups and some stretching. I usually do more, I'm becoming lazy.
I ran about 25 kilometres, then came home and did 2 sets of 15 chinups, 60 push-ups & 100 sit ups. Hooray for being in shape!
I had a forty five minute cardio routine followed by back, chest, and shoulder weight training. I finished with lower abs and stretching.
Yay for all of you guys! Well I didn't get too much exercise in today. I walked around the grocery store for about 45 minutes and I cleaned my house (which is a workout sometimes!) I did plan on going for a walk this evening but we went to the movies with my parents and then came back to my house for supper. Tomorrow is another day!
I go to the gym 5 days a week and do the same thing everyday. Jog 4 miles, 45 minutes of weights, 20 minutes of intense stretcing, and lastly my favorite part, 45 minutes of swimming laps. So far since I've started this routine I've lost 27 lbs in 4 months.
nothing yet but the day is still young! I have an elliptical I love working out on that with my music cranked up!
i did a buttload of yard work and house work. i have an "ab lounge" and i did 150 reps on it before i did all the work today. WOO HOO! i was covered in dirt and sweat by the time i was done
Today I ran the fastest 1500m of my LIFE. Then I did some speedwork *6 x 200m*. Then in celebration of my personal best...I went for a 10kilometre run....Talk about obsession lol.
I haven't done any excercise today, I've been lazy. But I will do at least a few sets of push ups and crunches later..
I did some sit-ups & stretching when I woke up this morning. After the school bus left this morning I walked about 35 minutes to the library & another 35 minutes back home.
I played tennis in the court next to the pool for an hour. And stared at the hunky lifegaurd, but I don't think that counts
Walked about 8 miles everyday this week, i've just been meeting friends in town, we've all got bored and decided to go for a 'wander' that ends up being quite a trek.
depends. generally, yoga doesnt involve physical activity. unless of course you are talking about hatha yoga
I punched a bunch of keys on my computer all day, but after work I'll be hittin' the pool for 1000 yards (800 free, 200 IM), run a few miles in the woods with the dogs, 450 crunches and some weights, I figure that'll be enough for today (I'm not always this ambitious, but sometimes I like to push it a bit, 'specially after being pent up in this goddamn cubicle for eight hours)...
