Randy is right! It's VERY expensive to live here. In DC we were paying around 1700. for a crappy tiny one bedroom with parking. In Bethesda when I was single a basement efficiency (one SMALL room with kitchenette, bathroom and closet) was nearly 900!

Im totally disgusted with the rent here plus the traffic .crime+ corrupt police dept and city officials. the few things you could do for fun is only for the rich now. other told me this about this 20 years ago and i manage to tolerate it but in the last 6 years is just plain to much . this place is a death trap. "and this got nothing to do with terrorism"

anywhere from $550 to $1200 depending on where you live in town and how nice of a place you want.

I've got one of the better deals in town. I pay $750 which includes heat and hot water for a two bedroom that has parking, is two blocks away from Monument Square and has an excellent view of the sunset.
