    How many are out?

In the Western world? Very few. In developing nations, a fair bit.

How many are trying to come out?

    Practically nobody.

    Is this number growing?

No, on the contrary, more people are moving towards cities, connecting to the intenet, and in general becoming more of a part of society. Yet again, you mostly see this change in the developing world because that is where the highest transition is happening and where the largest percentage of the population lives outside of society and wants to integrate.

Are we going to end up in a world where nobody wants to make this system work again?

The absolute opposite is happening. More and more people are adapting systems of government based on Western ideals and socioeconomic structures.

Are there more and more people becoming aware of the non-sense that is the materialistic comsumption society?

This is not a question, but a false and ignorant assumption disguised as one, and I will therefore not answer it.
