my mundane first name has four. my 'real' name is my 'screen name'. count em, i've never bothered to. it has no first or last, no patrinymic. it has a locative if required and even an acclaimative extention. names given to anyone by anyone else are not their 'real' names. only their contractual and other mumbo jumbo of the law names. K.C. it's my name, it's my real name. i didn't get a middle name, which is extremely unusual in my family, EVERYONE gets a middle name from the first or middle name of another family member. but mom decided i was a K.C. it reflects me perfectly somehow. mom guessed well, i think. unlike themnax whose mother picked wrongly, as happens sometimes. how many times have you met a tyler who looked like a jim? or something like that? too many times. i think their moms didn't meditate properly on the name....
