Ok, I just have a question- cause I just don't understand this. I have a friend who has been smoking for about 10 years now- so now he says he's trying to quit. So this is his plan- instead of buying his usual brand- Camel Filters. He's now smoking the "Marlboro Ultra Lights". So, I really don't get this. How does smoking an "ultra light" cigarette supposed to help you quit smoking? It's like "Ok, I'm trying to quit- so I'm going to smoke another cigarette to help me quit?" Even if it is ultra light- won't he just become addicted to the ultra light cigarettes instead of "quitting the habit"? I mean if you want to quit- they have patches and gum with nicotine in them that help you do that- My friend is just not the smartest guy in the world if he thinks that smoking an ultra light cigarette is going to help him quit. Any thoughts or suggestions I should give to my friend?
