i like mine thin, peppery, and just shy of burned. extra crispy and crunchy is perfect

just crispy is fine, too, but never ever chewy!

 

also, sorry but i couldnt find a good picture of appetizing well done bacon

sounds good, except for the eggs part. i dont like eggs. i'd go for some fruit or sausage links or something, though

 

I also like it with other breakfast meats...sausage, ham...or even pancakes. I'm flexible.

 

Did you know that there was a time when most people thought bacon was nasty? Basically Edward Bernays used Sigmund Freud's ideas to help convince the public that bacon and eggs was the true all American breakfast. Before that hardly anyone ate bacon.

I do like bacon, though.

i don't eat it very often, and i go through times where i also think its nasty. lately i love it, though.

a blt on toasted wheat bread, extra bacon done real crispy, with lettuce and tomato (of course) a slice of onion and mustard instead of mayo. delicious :cheers2:

I usually don't like eggs, I only like them with bacon or ketchup. Or both cause ketchup kills the taste of eggs.

BTW according to wiki; You are probably familiar with the phrase "bring home the bacon." In the twelfth century, a church in the English town of Dunmow promised a side of bacon to any married man who could swear before the congregation and God that he had not quarreled with his wife for a year and a day. i know i've mentioned this before - if i could live off bacon i would. dead serious. if i could get all my nutrients from bacon and it was financially feasible, i'd be all up on it
