How can I get a good shape?

I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

 

man you already know what you gotta do. you gotta start lifting and or running. It takes time too, there is no quick answer....well there is its called steroids but yeah bro start lifting, you have to start somewhere.

im sure theres plenty of broads that will sleep with you the way you are.

but if you dont like the way you look, join a gym and get on a weight training workout, and start drinking protien shakes & such. that will give you more shape.

I don't go for big and strong either. I like a man's body to be soft, not hard. I told my boyfriend he was soft once and he got insulted, lol. I like shapely, but not large super-muscley arms, no six pack, I hate that. I'd rather you have a little bit of a belly than a six pack. I hate big legs, like Tom Hanks in Castaway, EWWW. And no bumps between your neck and shoulders. Seriously, who came up with that idea?

I agree alot of big guys have big egos, but I've known some guys that looked strong, though not big per se, and didn't have an attitude either.
