Well, there are all kinds of definitions of hotness, and your post doesn't specify mainstream movies or porn or both, but, I'll offer 2 from older movies:

Kathleen Turner-William Hurt in "Body Heat"

The love scene from "A Man and A Woman" with Anouk Aimee. The amazing thing about that scene is that you don't really see anything explicit, but it is unbelievably passionate and hot.

The Thomas Crown Affair had a good one. This is a hard question though....I'm sure there are others I liked better that I can't recall.

 

I'm both a movie and porn enthusiast and it was a very hard question for me. Most sex scenes in movies just aren't that sexy. Some are beautiful, some are beautifully shot, some are very moody, some are just so realistic; but it's few and far between that are sexy. Most that try to be sexy just end up being very cheesy.

 

Kind of ironic that Cynthia Nixon in real life just married a woman.
