That's not EXACTLY true that Canadians don't WANT us US people moving there.
I can think of at least ONE Canadian who actually Wishes I could be up there RIGHT NOW, TODAY. As for the Bus ride? Anyone leaving from Arizona and North on I-93/I-95? Talk at me!!!

 

the last time there was a draft, canada took in lots of merkins. i think most of them are still living here. our govt signed some agreement with the states that we wouldnt harbour draftdodgers the next time there's a draft, but geez, it's a huge country with lots of forests and unpopulated areas. it would be really easy to get lost where noone could find you.

 

Okay... I need to buy a bus now. Does anyone want to chip in? We might have to get more than one....haha. Then we could have like a big colorful intimidating convoy... awesome!

 

i could possibly help. let me talk it over with hubby. are a lot of people who are coming, do they have a license? i do hubby doesn't.

I guess we should probably figure out a place to go first, unless we want to just live on our buses and travel all the time... which wouldn't really suck.. but we need jobs...
